A few things to know.
Can I keep using the tools for free?+
Yes. Local editing, templates, job tracking and browser downloads stay available. Paid passes add private cloud backup capacity. Document processing still depends on the processing service being available.
How do regional payments work?+
South African browser settings suggest ZAR and PayFast. Other regions suggest USD and Stripe. You can switch currencies before checkout. These are separately set regional prices, not an automatic exchange-rate conversion.
Will I be charged again automatically?+
No. A pass gives 30 or 365 days of access from confirmed payment. After expiry your account returns to Free. You can download and delete existing backups, but you cannot add more than your current plan permits.
Does signing in move my browser drafts?+
Your drafts stay in this browser. To keep a private cloud copy, download a JSON backup from the editor and upload it in Account & billing. Download it from your account on another device, then import it into the editor.
Can I change a paid plan?+
You can choose a different pass after your current pass expires. This release does not prorate or replace an active pass. Prices and the access period are shown before you continue to the payment provider.
